    Shipping Services

I am in the exploratory stages of making a ecommerce business
based in Panama selling merchandise worldwide and shipping from
Panama to the end customer. Many of the parcels will be 1 to 20
pound parcels///// Anyone currently in Panama City or Colon running
the same set up? I am am looking for ideas of shipping
couriers such as ups or fed ex or dhl and is there a flat rate
shipping option to make it cost effective to other countries?
    thanks Joe

    Hi Joe.

UPS Fedex or DHL are very expensive in Panama. I believe Mail Boxes Etc. and a similar company (don't remember the name) charge less and are just a little slower. They also have bulk pricing options.

Perhaps finding a company that specializes in shipping back stateside and getting their bulk pricing. Or even better, if there is enough of a demand, starting your own coop to get the bulk pricing.
