Its been 1 1/2 years since I have been In Panama City . The Trump Towers were in planning stages at that time when I left . Has Construction actually begun on this ? How far into construction are they ? I see they are issueing stock to pay for the construction . It sound pretty good at 9 1/2 % interest return .
