Could anyone recommend a good attorney that can register a new corporation and provide banking introduction for the new corporation. Grateful.

Nothing personal but I don't think I'd put much stock on an attorney reference from someone who just joined with a single post recommending an attorney.

Suspicious? Entries appear on multiple chat boards where the poster joined in the last day or so and made first posts recommending a Panamanian lawyer. Of course it is suspicious - it's called trolling spam and worth ignoring.

Meanwhile if you know a lawyer with something to lose if he gets sued, that's worth stating now. He/she must have an established family base, personally worth at least one million in assets other than the shack he lives in - and be willing to work without lying and scamming, otherwise I'll help relieve him of his assets.

BTW... Lawyers who spam chat boards looking for work have already failed and don't qualify...

This thread was about someone asking for an attorney, a recommendation... that's all I did... recommend an attorney.

All the man did was ask for a reference. My lawyer is Roberto Guardia who I have had for five years.
