    Opening New Business

    is it possible to open a new business without hiring any locals
    because of manufacturing or trade secrets
    is it possible to build a house or commercial building without hiring a contractor
    thanks for any advise

    You don't need to hire any locals, you can run the business entirely offshore without any licenses whatsoever.

    There is no need for a contractor either, but you need to get your plans approved by the government. It can take anything from 2 days to 6 months depending on your personality.

    do you have to hire any locals
