Thread: Seeking Nikken Distributor

Hi all,

I bought the Nikken water purifier from some computer store & I would prefer someone else to be my distributor, as he didn't do as he said he would one day plus his English isn't the greatest.

I don't know much about how often to change the filter(s) b/c even though he told me every 6 months, with the kind of chlorine they are dumping into the water these days (GROSS) & the fact that I use this quite a bit every day, I'm thinking I may need to change it sooner.

Looking for someone kind who really knows their way around this machine.

P.S. And while I'm at it, can someone tell me WHY this is the only water purifier I see in Panama? A lot of the high end restaurants have them too. Am I missing something?

Google Nikken. Lots of info.

Not a huge fan of that machine. Had it my first few years here. Much better tech out there. Cost more - but can't compare. PM me if you want my opinion.

unbelievable , a person in panama not doing what he said he was going to do , that never happens in panama LOL and the nerve of not being fluent in english in a spanish speaking country . how dare they .

All he is asking is if someone knows another place he can go to. Why you always need to come with this ridiculous reactions? I dont talk shit about panamanians that dont know english, but since my spanish still sucks i do prefer to go to companies where i can communicate a bit in english. Whats wrong with that?

if SHE wants to know something just ask if anyone knows about ( whatever ) she feels the need to take a shot at the locals , if SHE had done any reasearch on panama before SHE moved here SHE would not have to ask the million stupid questions SHE has asked . thats why LOL

Why are you always so sensitive about panama? Its a normal question and she explains why she wants to know it. Still dont see anything wrong with it. She didnt say these dumb monkeys should learn go english or anything..
I think actually you maybe didnt realize very well where you were retiring to, and now you do all you can to keep the picture in your head of the great retirement destination, while deep within you know you made a dumb choice to move to this shithole. But hey dont beat yrself up over it. You probably havent seen much of the world and just didnt know. And definetely dont beat others up over it cause this is a place where people should be able to ask questions.

my choice was well reasearched . and if I hate it so bad please explain how come I have never left the country in the almost 4 years I have been here , we all know you think it is a shithole for your other posts , to bad you are so stupid that you have to work here , wont it be nice when you have the money and can move. LMAO at you .

Who says i work here? Who says i cant move? Why do you assume so much? You dont know a thing about me yet you call me a broke working socialist who never owned a business and hates panama. You should buy a new crystal ball.

If youd love it here so much then you wouldnt get all sensitive every time you hear anything that sounds even slightly negative about panama.

and i dont hate it here. I just dont think its anything special either.

Isn't this so much more fun than playing nice?

Still looking for a filter if someone can recommend their English speaking Nikken distributor in & around PC, that would be much appreciated.
