My wife and I have been in Panama for few months and have been cruising the Carribbean on our sailboat for past two years. We're looking at possible investments; CD's and or Realestate Rentals.

I am hoping that some of you locals out there might have some ideas on areas where rental properties are rare and in high demand? Is there such a location in Panama right now?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
