Thread: Debt Collection / Contract Enforcement

I started my initial exposure with a bad choice of partner in Panama.

Does anybody have a good connection for debt collection / settlement negotiations.

I think I have a fairly rock solid US based contract, signed and notarized in Panama.

The theoretic value of the contract is a very large amount, so a lawyer might have a field day with it on a percentage basis.

Corporations / Shareholders / and private property is known and not hidden in foundations.

Signers have collective and separate personal liability. Private residence in one case is located in the most expensive neighborhood in David.

Regular representation of this company is a small town lawyer that has trouble to advise on most basic business requirements.

Any contact or experience in a similar situation would be appreciated.

Reason is not an option as the management seems to be on cocaine. (2nd hand knowledge)

You have to be willing to pony up 20% of the amount claimed in order to set up a bond for a judge to sequester the partner's posh house in David. Nobody pays attention until their assets are seized.
