I have no idea. I think a lot of internet businesses don't register so that they won't have to bother with legal paperwork and taxes. Only the big internet businesses register. A lot of laymen have small internet businesses or websites.
I am looking to do just this. Setup company with local internet developers and service my international clients... Beer for anybody who can give me good advice and help me do it as cheaply as posssible E.g. avoiding 40K small biz visa etc...
Well, international business is not a cheese cake. It just seems like be sweet. Definitely, good done good income.
I sell jewelry online and on ebay store. Unfortunately, with a silent market.
Someone interested in my beloved jewelry? Welcome to visit my place.
Any ideas may help me>>>

I am in the process of setting up a number of city portals, mostly because I found this kind of information lacking when I researched Panama originally. HelloBoquete.com is nearing completion, and I have HelloDavidPA.com, HelloVolcan.com and HelloBocasDelToro.com in the works. My host is Bluehost.com in the US, only because I couldn't find anyone reliable in Panama. I was also concerned that we had no backbone in Panama and everything ran out of Costa Rica. It now appears we do have one in Panama City - HostingPanama.com.
