    Wonder how they found an all day charter for $20.00. I've never seen ANYTHING of that nature that cheap in Panama

    Bocas del Toro, $20 per person for an entire day, typical price. Keep in mind you don't have the boat to yourself, you are sharing it with another 10-12 people.
