Yes... it's a nice middle class development about 90 minutes from Panama City.
Their website is here. There's a lot of
hype out there from the usual suspects but I think you should check it out in person to be sure. It's an okay place to retire, but if you come and go it's a bit too far away from Panama City for my taste.
