Donald Trump is also building a tower here, and he must know what's profitable, right? You can buy a good apartment for $70,000 to $100,000 and a large 3 bedroom apartment in luxury style with sea view and Jacuzzi on the balcony for $100,000 to $150,00. Banks finance up to 70% (to foreigners) with low interest rates. I previously posted a YouTube clip here (at Videos) that had some details on real estate investment.
