Panama Forum - View Single Post - Friend coming to visit. Is there a better time?

So I've got a frined who wants to come visit and can come between the middle of August and the middle of September. Being relatively new to Panama myself I was just wondering is there anything going on in that timeframe that would make one date better than another? Holidays, events, weather all to be considered.
