I met a well spoken, dressed, groomed, and educated Panamanian in his thirties the other day. He had been living in NYC for the past four years and just returned. After being here for two days doesn't he get asked for his passport outside of the Veneto Casino. He actually refused to show it and told the police that he did not see a sign at the airport saying he was "required" to carry it on him. The police threated to arrest him and bring the police captain. He told the police to "GO AHEAD"!! After a few minutes the police backed off. He never mentioned that he was from Panama but the police may have figured it out? Don't be surprised if the police want ID and a couple of bucks.
