Umm.. 300-400 grams or so.
Even though the USD has rebounded a little and is a touch higher than the CAD lately, in my mind I still pretty much consider them equal (until the greenback resumes its slide down).
So for a $2.50 Cdn steak of that size, perhaps $2 - $2.25 USD, I'd say.
