Hoping for clarification.

What are the regs for chartering in Panama?

Can a US flagged vessel with a US citizen captain do charters in Panama? All money would be wired into US bank account before the charter, so no money would exchange hands in the country.

Also, any information about the length and process for a cruising permit would be very helpful.

Am Googling for info now, but "boots on the ground" info would be very valuable.
