If your company can write a letter stating that you have a *lifetime* pension above the minimum requirement, and you can get that letter apostilled in Florida, you may be able to qualify for a pensionado visa. In addition, you should be able to show at least three months of bank deposits matching your pension amount. But, it all kind of depends on your attorney. Rates run from $900 to $1500. Personally, I think that legal bargains rarely are -- especially when you're looking to test the boundaries of the visa requirements.
