I'm sure prices will be lower than the US -- everything that involves labor is -- but I don't know how much lower. My Spanish teacher mentioned a tat artist she likes: his name (or nom de plume) is Coloretto, and he works at the Red Zone. However, I can't tell you how to find him -- the Red Zone used to be in my neighborhood, but that shop closed, and I don't know where they are now. Maybe someone else here does...
